How can I get support?
Customer service is the most important to us. We are available to you 7 days a week and aim to respond within 4 hours. If onboarding, live chat, email and YouTube videos to guide you through. We also have a comprehensive help section to allow you to quickly find answers to our most regular questions.
Can you set up the software for me?
Yes, we can set up your salon software account for you. This is a premium service. To get more information, please talk to us on the Support Chat.
Are there any contracts to sign?
There are no contracts to sign! You can subscribe for as long as you like and cancel the subscription at any time.
Is my data safe?
